Donna Sivilli

Donna Sivilli

Donna Marie Sivilli

August 20, 1949 ~ June 9, 2011

Donna Marie Sivilli was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, to parents Mario and Florence.  She died peacefully after a long illness on June 9, 2011, at the age of 61.  Donna leaves behind her mother, Florence; brothers, Richard (Cathy, deceased), William, James (Joan), and Michael (Rosa Linda); and numerous nieces and nephews.  All loved her dearly.

Donna arrived in Tucson with her parents and siblings in the summer of 1952 and, except for stints in Colorado and Louisiana, spent her whole life here.  She graduated from Tucson High School and after four years of architecture school at the University of Arizona, spent her working years in the interior design industry.  She was a dynamic individual with a keen mind and a forceful personality.

There will be a Mass at St. Joseph's Church at 215 S. Craycroft on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Holy Hope Cemetery. There will be a gathering of friends and family afterward.  The family wishes to thank all of the friends who have stood with us during Donna's long illness and final days, especially the staff of Villa Maria Care Center who treated her like family.  Also thanks to Casa De La Luz for their loving care.  Arrangements by Bring's Memorial Chapel, 236 S. Scott Avenue, Tucson, Arizona.
