David Fred Battershall

David Battershall was born in Southern California to parents Fred and Eileen Battershall.  He had two younger brothers, Daniel Morse Battershall (1951–death date unknown) and Steven Allen Battershall (1955–2014).  The boys were raised in Tucson by Florence Kershaw.
